A 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling notice is required to cancel an appointment. If not, there will be a $50 rebooking fee.
I have a zero tolerance policy for NO SHOW clients. If you miss your scheduled appointment without letting me know you will not be able to rebook with me. I understand emergencies happen but please respect that my time is valuable.
I do not offer refunds seeing as that my time and product has been used during your service. If you have an issue within 7 days after your original appointment I will correct what’s needed at no cost to you. I provide a thorough consultation at the beginning of each appointment to avoid any miscommunication of client’s hair/makeup goals.
